Pricey for what it is but solved the problem
Love the product but itโs a bit overpriced. Maybe the price is more on the $79 range and not at the $150-160 range. It solved the Harley hard clutch issue, and I can use 2 fingers changing gears or have no issue holding the friction zone for a long period of time during rush hour.

Major Improvement
Very easy install. Installed this on my wife's '13 1200 Custom. What a difference in clutch pull! It is the pricier of these type of upgrades, but machining quality and appearance are far superior. The difference between this part and the OEM is very obvious. Is it worth the money? Absolutely!

This little part has made all the difference! Great value!
Replaced my Sportster clutch a few years ago with a Screamin' Eagle clutch, which is WAY stiffer than stock. Put up with it for quite a while, but it's been causing a repetitive stress problem with my clutch hand. Found this part in the HD forums and thought I'd give it a try. Wow! It feels like a stock clutch now and I have none of the hand pain I was getting before. This is a great little solution for this problem. I like the Screamin' Eagle clutch otherwise, but man, was it killing my hand. No more, thanks to this. I installed myself after watching the video.

there will be a lot of frustration in trying to fine tune this device
This device worked as advertised. Harleys and Buells are well known for heavy clutch action required. The 96-01 Buells uses the Sportster engine as base. This device does noticeably reduces clutch action. Company figure cite %40 less but unless one's arm is finely calibrated, it would be tough to match that claimed figure. Suffice to say that clutch action is half of what used to be.Potential buyers of this device should understand that there will be slightly different clutch cable adjustment and if there is any unfamiliarity with the adjustment procedure, there will be a lot of frustration in trying to fine tune this device. This device basically altered the geometry of clutch disengagement. The lever arm is longer and the ball ramps are closer to center than stock. There must be less free play at the lever end than from stock, some riders even have no free play at all, else there would be incomplete clutch disengagement and results would be clutch drag and harder shifting. On my '98 Buell S1, there were clutch cable change, installation of the Muller clutch ramp device, upgraded primary chain adjuster, and new shifter. So it took a couple days of clutch cable readjustments and test rides.

Muller power clutch
the Muller power clutch is a little pricey, should be about half what they charge, but it works great. Clutch pull is about half of what it used to be.

This item works great on my 07 Sportster.
This item was very easy to install on my 2007 Sportster. It made it much easier to pull my clutch lever in. I had left shoulder surgery and this made a big difference so I could get back to riding.

Clutch pull is 40 % less as advertized .
I like how strait forward installation is and how well this product works. makes riding a pleasure again, Its definitely worth the money if your wrist hurt as bad as mine after a long ride with lots of shifting.

All and all, I am happy.
I installed this along with a heavy-duty clutch diaphragm. I expected the Muller to make the pull easier, and the h-d diaphragm to make the pull harder, hoping they would equal themselves out. The pull is actually a little harder than stock, but probably nowhere near as hard as it would be without the Muller. All and all, I am happy. The adjustment at the clutch and at the lever is critical. But works great if you do right.
