The material looks cheap and fragile. It came in the mail all wrenk up. Really bad shape. I am not satisfy with this product. They should have packed it better. I should have returned it. But I can't because I lost the return label.

This is a nice hat. I took a chance on one size fits all and it didn't work out. A smaller size would be great. Also it should be packaged better to avoid creases. Easily fixed with an iron with a steam setting or holding it over a pot of hot water. I gave it to a friend that has a bigger head. Overall satisfied with the quality of the product just wish it came in a smaller size. Back to Kangol.

Delivered only in a bag, was lucky mine wasn't crushed like others. I normally buy extra large hats (size 7 1/2 or 23.5") and this fit me perfectly. So be aware, this is a big hat.Ultralight weight hidden brim duckbill. Exactly what I wanted.

Looks great in the promo picture. It is beige. Arrived wrinkled and would not straighten up. Instructions could have included how to get rid of the wrinkles. The shipping box is too small. If it had not arrived in such poor condition, I would have probably kept it. Good looking cap, though.

The only issue I had was the hat wasn't packaged very good, therefore it was wrinkled up. Being a synthetic material it doesn't just smooth out with wear.To fix the wrinkle issue, just roll up a towel and stick it in the hat, then use a clothes iron with steam. Takes the wrinkles right out..The fit is perfect if your head is on the larger average size. Color was exactly as represented.

Was a bit hesitant at first wasn’t sure the hat would fit fortunately it was perfect and my husband loves it.

My husband liked the hat but it arrived with permanent creases that he tried to get out but couldn't. So we are returning it. He is very particular about his hats. It needs to be packed better. He ordered more because the 1st one arrived perfectly.

The product is very nice . Good quality ..the one complaint is with the shipping packaging . It came in a soft package with little stuffing inside the hats and the hats were full of wrinkles . The deliverer stuffed the package into my small mail box. I don't know how to get them out . Hats should be mailed in a cardboard box ..NOT ..a soft package .. I'm disappointed in them . Getting replacements means that will only happen again . so that 's not an option.

It’s a good quality hat light and holds it’s shape. Great summer flat cap. Had to try a few time to get them to ship it to me .

This hat arrived squashed and wrinkled. I managed to steam it smooth but it should have been packaged better. If you buy this hat, be prepared to smooth it out before you wear it.
