Package arrived looking like it had been used as a football. Sure enough the sound of chinking glass could be heard whilst removing the set box. They looked nice but the base of one glass had been broken so the set had to be returned. No indication on the outer packaging that it contained glass and was fragile. If you order these, cross your fingers!

I purchased these as a 21st gift and I wasn’t disappointed. If you don’t want the traditional ‘busy’ design on crystal glasses this is just what you need. Discrete and elegant design. Sturdy, and all arrived intact which was great. I would recommend these for either general use or for a special gift.

Just what I required sturdy and functional

Glasses look and feel lovely however poorly packaged. Opened up the box to find 1 glass smashed from the stem and another cracked(see photos)Difficult to get hold of seller as Amazon say seller arranged courier and Amazon say it was through seller and just takes you in a big endless loop.Package was not labelled as fragile or to be kept a way up. No bubble wrap or paper to protect glasses Packaging was not damagedCurrently Deciding if the hassle of returning is worth it.EDIT TO ADD UPDATE: After contacting customer service - 2 replacement glasses were sent and were Well packaged. Extra stars added for good and prompt customer service
