I purchase these wraps to help with stability when lifting heavier weights and doing certain workouts and I felt a difference right away. My wrists feel great using these wraps and they fit great too, I'm a female and my wrists are small and I have no trouble using these wraps. The velcro sticks super tight and the wraps themselves are stretchy so I don't lose feeling in my hands which I had problems with when using braces. Having an issue with a nerve in my wrist, I needed some extra support with out using a wrist brace since that isn't very flexible. Within 8 hours they sent out a new pair and upgraded me to the next level up with no questions. I must say the Heavy Duty wraps are definitely the best wraps I've used. Very supportive and don't fray. I must say this is the best customer service I have ever received, and for that to happen via e-commerce that is very impressive.
