## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐

    Weak clasp

*by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 19, 2016*

The product arrived on time and we were happy with it. However, after wearing the necklace for almost two weeks the bullet broke off and my brothers ashes were almost lost to the Bart tracks. The clasp attached to the bullet needs to be much stronger and durable. I loved this necklace but if the ashes had been lost I would have been inconsolable. Please make sure your product is durable if you plan on selling it to people that are going to carry their loved ones in it.

    Chain needs and upgrade!

*by D***S on Reviewed in the United States on October 9, 2016*

The Pendant is very pleasing too the eye and does what it should! The chain included however is quite cheap and looks fragile enough to snap with little force! I wish the hole on the pendant where you attach a chain was a bit bigger!

### ⭐

    no chain

the chain was not included in the shipment
