True to size. comfortable doesnt squeeze my head unless you over tighten straps and pretty good quality and i like the way the blue looks.

I love how the set comes with everything. The price was good for this set. So far so good. My 11 year old nephew uses them. I feel pretty confident that it would do its job protecting him if he had any mishap. They’re easy to put on seen to be comfortable. I’m a female adult, 160 lbs. Everything fits. The quality of the material is light plastic so I can tell it’s not made for a heavy adult continuous falling. It is merely sufficient for those who don’t plan on falling and banging around a lot. These would wear out faster. But as I said they’re sufficient for the price.
