This feels awesome even without any oils or anything. I just use it completely dry and it works just as well. It’s small enough to fit in my nightstand drawer but big enough to still cover a significant area. It’s a little loud sometimes, like it makes squeaky sounds when it rolls, but that’s really the only thing remotely wrong with it IF you consider it a problem. Overall it’s amazing!

decent massager, helps save the wear and tear on the hands. it is washable too, so using icy hot or equal can be washed off.

I ordered one of these because I've seen them used on ASMR videos and I wanted to try one and see if it'll help with my head and neck pain because me constantly using my own hands is a pain; and it does! I massage my front and back temple of my head and it feels good without any pressure unless you apply it yourself. I massage my shoulders and neck with how much ever pressure I need and I just love it. I don't need batteries or have to stain in order to get relief. Some people try to massage their back and complain that it doesn't work, but I tried it and it worked for me; it'll just take time because it manual massager. You can also put it in the freezer for cool relief, but I like it without it.

I bought this for my daughter who was pregnant and was lucky enough to be in the delivery room with her and this was an excellent tool to help with massaging her back her shoulders, etc. I also work in a chiropractic/physical therapy office and the doctors use these tools all the time great to have at home to assist in working sore muscles, etc.
