These were fun. I had one oyster that was broken in it vacuum sealed pack. The rest, I had to shuck. They were really fresh with no smell at all. Each pearl is nearly round to round and measures between 6.9 mm to 7.5mm. It looks like I got darker colors including a very pretty peacock black pearl. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase. I cant wait to drill and set them.

Unfortunately, my experience was somewhat disappointing. The large shells yielded very small pearls, despite the advertisement suggesting that they would produce larger specimens. Additionally, I encountered significant difficulty in extracting and cleaning the pearls, as the oysters appeared to be dried out. In contrast, the small shells produced a more satisfying result, yielding varying colors and larger pearls. Overall, I found the outcome of the small oyster shells to be more pleasing. While the experience with the large shells was underwhelming, the small shells did provide a better quality of pearls. This disparity suggests that potential buyers should consider their options carefully when selecting oyster shells for pearl extraction.

These are small oysters packed well. There is a pearl in each one. The girls loved opening these to discover what color pearl they got to put in thier cage necklace. Good value!

The price was fair. The colors are bright. All the sizes were similar,every shell had a pearl. However the colors fade and the pearl's chip easily when drilling to make jewelry.

These are super fun and a unique gift for a mom that loves jewelry! We got a good variety of colors that I will add to a pendant.

Very tiny and fragile shell. Wish the shell was more substantial. Otherwise was great for the event the items were intended for. Should come with a small disclaimer - “man-made”.

These were so fun opening the shells and getting the colorful beautiful pearls! So mesmerizing!

These oyster with pearls and are probably one of the coolest things that I have came across in a long time period I got interested in buying these after I saw multiple different sellers on TikTok opening up these oysters and revealing beautiful pearls inside. After I looked at the price of them I figured there must be a way cheaper way to do this period and do it myself. So I came on Amazon and ordered some. No I didn't have expectations. But after getting my oysters and opening them I was definitely amazed. I got a variety of colors as you can see in pic. The only downfall to these pearls was a couple of them had a little bit of discoloration from the ink or die and the oyster is not Equal being dispersed on each pearl. Also I made the mistake of storing them next to a couple other metal charms and I didn't notice that there are a couple of markings on the probes from them hitting the metal. So I would keep that in mind as far as storage goes. But overall they are about the same even circle size. If you have children this would be a great way to get them involved in science and to have a fun activity to bond with them, boy or girl.
