The media could not be loaded.  My human recently got me and my big brother this hammock and I had to get onto this internet here to say how much I love it. Before...a lot of days I sleep on the rug by the back door because there's the sun and the squirrels and it feels nice and warm. But I like to be high up too. It just feels right. There's a window that's high up but no rug so it's not soft :( But up there I can see the birds. So my human bought this hammock for me. I watched him build it and it was only a few minutes before he was ready to hang it onto the window with sucky cups.We used to have a hammock at our old house but it was saggy. This one is really firm and there's a soft cloud on it. I can see all of the birds and I really love it a lot. I sleep on it and feel soft and safe.Bruce the Cat

So, I’m leaving a review because my cat absolutely loves her new hammock. I never considered getting a window hammock for my cat until I had a friend pet sit her for 2 weeks, and my friend told me she had to kick my cat out of her cat’s hammock because my little gremlin kept kicking him out of it. My baby only gets the best, so I decided she needed a hammock too.Set up was super simple. There’s a little booklet inside with pictures on how to set it up. The only issue I had was due to my own mistake. Make sure when you put the suction cups on that you:1. Don’t put too much water to get them to stick2. Don’t make last minute moves without testing how sturdy everything isMy cat was lucky enough to have the ledge right under her hammock, so she didn’t fall too far. However, if you place the hammock high up, make sure to test it every once in awhile just in case. After wiping the windows down due to too much water, the suction cups have stayed on with no problems.One last note: make sure you pay attention to how wide the hammock is. I didn’t, but I was lucky to have one of my windows work perfectly.(The photos were taken seconds after finishing the set up. She couldn’t wait to get in it.)

As an addendum to my initial review, I would like to comment on the very positive customer service experience I have had with this company!As I mentioned in my initial review, this seat was being used by my now 38# dog. He is "large" medium sized dog.Unlike a cat who gently enters the seat, my dog tends to do a lot of plopping into place. I think this added force contributed to one of the cables that held the seat to the suction cups to give out!Unfortunately, the seat had fallen outside of the return period.I inquired into whether this part could be replaced via purchase; it could not!I investigated finding a fix and mentioned to the company what I would try.The individual I was communicating with didn't think it would work and told me that the company would send me a replacement seat!Not wanting to accept such a gracious gesture without trying my proposed fix first, I acknowledged the offer.Well unfortunately the fix didn't work as well as the original product had and reported my results back to the company.As promised, the company will send a replacement seat!I think the company went up and beyond on this matter!I am sure if you have just cats, you will be quite pleased with this product! (when they have a chance the use!) With a dog, you may want to take care! 🤣As for the replacement, I plan on seeing if I can add some support so that my dog can keep his view on the world going without testing the upper limits of the product as he did!

I ordered this for our cat who loves to sunbathe and look out the window. With this perch she can do both. Before she'd sleep on my work table (which was a problem) so to get her off my table too was a win win. I was scared that the suction cups wouldn't hold but if you follow the instructions they really don't fall, at least not yet. I've had this for 1 week and our kitty of 6 months loves it. I hope it keeps holding as well when she gets bigger. Our only problem was that it did not fit length wise on our window (too long for the suction cups to fit between the window frame). So my husband who's pretty handy with his hands cut a piece off of the plastic tube, about an inch. This way the bed became an inch shorter length wise. It worked out perfect! We got it to fit our window and didn't alter the product in anyway. The netting got slightly crunched up on the sides but since we cut off so little it doesn't make a huge difference. Our cat loves it so much as we do too we decided to order another one for our kitchen. If you wanna make your cat happy and get her/him off your tables, this is your solution. It's purrrrfect!

If for any reason your cat window shelf isn’t working out, please CONTACT US DIRECTLY so we can make it right. " Okay ... HOW nothing listed anywhere I can find.Look, our cat loves this perch - he had a big sturdy homemade perch on our old windows but we could adapt it to the new windows installed last fall. It's a south facing spot with lots of critter activity outside. HOWEVER, the mesh hammock part has begun to rip so it will soon become completely broken. My first thought... it was only $20ish so I'll buy a second one and see if I can fix the old one myself somehow. Now it's $35 for the same product and that's not gonna cut it. So I figured I'd write the company and explain what's happening. NO LISTED CONTACT INFO ANYWHERE I CAN FIND.

I love it and so do my cats. All three of them. Just make sure you measure the window it’s going in because it was actually too big for the window I wanted it for. But it was super easy to assemble when I first put it on the window it wasn’t functioning well but once I got it up correctly I haven’t had a problem cents and I’ve had all three cats in it at one time.

The product quality is good ,but the suction cap is very bad, upgraded or replaced the suction cap may be an idea. I spend almost everything try to put it up ,it’s not successful, it failed even nothing on it. I was thinking about return too,but after my daughter home, she’s able to put it up after second try. I believe there was a ways to do it. magic

Was a bit sceptical because of the low price. But am completely satisfied with it. I have a 4 kilo cat and she loves it
