I purchased this to process dried herb and was very happily surprised. This thing is built like a tank and you see why it# expensive. I had no trouble starting it on my first attempt. I take comfort on the failsafe protection of the fact that it can’t operate without the cover on. It ground my herb to the consistency of oatmeal, which is less than I’d hoped. Maybe if I grind longer it will become finer. Best yet, the herb left minimal residue on the blades, so clean up was easy.

I am very disappointed with this order. I bought the Grinder 2000 Swing Type. Installed the machine as described in the instruction, and it would not make a move. The tutorial videos are poor. The writing is too small to read, and the video is without explanation. It says in the description that they are happy to support. However, there is no customer contact no or email on the supplier site. I had to return this item.

Had issues with grinder and seller immediately resolved them. Would buy from again. Thanks

Efficient at making flour but will overheat quickly. You can work around it, but it takes time to do a big batch.

The costumer service is great! My milling machine started to be too loud after many uses, I contacted the seller to see what could be reason and as my equipment was still under warranty, they sent me a brand new milling machine, no questions asked! This is a great grinding machine too. It's super fast and grinds very small.

Mi aparato de repente deja de funcionar. Desde el 22 de diciembre algo pasó que no prende y hoy de un momento a otro, casi después de un mes volvió a prender. Nunca lo he forzado en la cantidad de trigo (no lo uso para ningún otro tipo de semilla), le pongo siempre al mínimo para no forzar la máquina y aun así se calienta mucho. Comencé a fijarme que de la parte de abajo se refleja una luz cuando está trabajando. La verdad nunca le había puesto atención hasta ahora que me estoy fijando en todo. Tengo garantía. Cómo la hago cumplir?
