are there 25 or 50 brushes in the case of two-packs ?

25 packages with 2 brushes in each pack. 50 brushes total.

How many brushes come in 2/pk for $24.27? Not clear from the photo what all is included.

Hi. There are 25 - 2/pks, total of 50 brushes.

how many brushes come in the package?

25 packages of 2 brushes each-50 total

What is the difference between these and more cheaply priced straw cleaners?

If the "straw cleaners" are like the pipe cleaners, they don't fit the inner cannula as well as the brushes. The brushes do a much better job of cleaning. Putting kinks in the pipe cleaners helps but still not as good as the brushes.
