Steady, Consistent Improvement. Three words I would use to describe my experience with Memory Health. For most of my adult life I have suffered with bouts of brain fog. A few years ago, as I approached menopause, the fog became worse and I began noticing other issues as well. Recalling names, information recently read and even packing for a trip (I’m a frequent traveler) became more difficult. I was quite worried and decided to try Memory Health. For the first month, to my dismay, I didn’t notice any change. It really wasn’t until late in the second month that I began to notice subtle changes. I would surprise myself by being able to recall a name or tidbit of information. It was surprising because I had fearfully become so accustomed to not remembering. As the months progressed, I faced less anxiety when confronted with tasks. I could pack again! Memory Health has had a profound impact on my wellbeing. I have always exercised and maintained a relatively clean diet. I am not a supplement “junkie”. As a matter of fact, I tend to be less than consistent with supplements but because of the difference I have experienced, Memory Health has been the exception. I will continue to take it as long as I am able.
