Does NOT Come with O Ring- Order an O ring if you can't reuse the one off the cap you are replacing.
I gave 2 stars for easy to install because, while it did go on easily, it leaked like crazy because I didn't know there was an O ring on the original cap. When I discovered the leak, I looked at the original cap and found the O Ring, which I was an able to transfer to the new cap. Once I got the O ring on, it installed easily and works perfectly.I did not see the small print at the time of order that an O ring is not included. Nor did I see a suggestion that I would need one. If I had seen that, it would have saved me some water!BE SURE TO ORDER THE O RING IF YOU CANNOT REUSE THE ONE FROM YOUR EXISTING CAP. SELLER: YOU SHOULD PUT THIS NOTICE ON YOUR VERBIAGE FOR THE CAP. YOU'LL HAVE HAPPIER CUSTOMERS!

Fit my pool pump well. The rubber o-ring was a little thicker than the original, but it works.
