Personal Alarm

Company sent a defective alarm, that had no sound when the pin was pulled. The light would flash, but zero DBL. The front of the alarm at the sound port where the sound comes out was corroded with a white powder. Very obvious to see, but it was sent anyway. Quality control at the manufacturing end not up to par in this case. Had to send back for a refund.

I purchased this item because I walk late nights/early mornings. I have not had to use product and hope I do not have to. The alarm is plenty loud but the light should have been left off the alarm because of poor quality.I still have not had to use this alarm but I carry it every time I go outside when it is dark and other times on a whim.

The item arrived quickly and was as described. the item will be used for personal protection.

The screws on the back aren't a standard Phillips head, or slotted. When I contacted the seller to see if they sold the right screwdriver they replied: "Unfortunately we do not carry any specialty screwdrivers. However, you should be able to find them for pretty cheap at any hardware store." So now I have to go hunt down a screwdriver before I can even test the devices to see if they work.
