Bought this as a gift, and noticed that the thermometer was broken upon arrival. I sent an email to the company and received an email within 20 minutes saying they would be sending me a replacement right away. Amazing customer service and a great product!

This Company's Customer Support is Excellent, Especially for New Brewers
I bought this as a gift, and as he is new to brewing, he has worked with the company on all his questions. The kit includes most of what you need to get going at home brewing. So far, the brew is doing nicely. I cannot rate the taste yet, but I wanted to applaud the company for its fast response to questions and ongoing support of its product.
