Focus! If you are like me, you take this for focus & memory. This product seems to help with it.It is a bit messy, which is to be expected with a powder, and it would be better if the little ladle they put in it were a tiny bit smaller, but it is still very manageable.Fair warning - this does NOT taste good or even just average, but if you are like me and in dire need of supplements, you do not care if it tastes terrible. This is best in a smoothie or green drink, or heavy juice (like POM or cranberry or grape). But it actually tastes pretty okay with 7up or Sprite, which makes it fizz and bubble (similar to what you get when you pour root beer over ice cream).
