Inov-8 Men's Road-X Extreme 208-M

Appears to be very well constructed. This seems to be a very nice shoe if you can handle its short comings. There is no cushioning. Not any form of support- arch, heel, or anywhere else. But it does feel good just walking around the house. If you have any foot problems then this shoe would destroy you. Very flat, smooth, bottoms with, next to, no grip. On wet grass/ silt, or mud, you'd better strike properly or you face a fall, or damage [knee, ankle, ...]. I'll use these, mostly, to walk my dog on dry off road areas. I think that this shoe is made for young (16- 30 yr old) males that road race 10k and up- that suffer no foot problems. It would/is a great knock-around-the-house and driving shoe. And, as I said, an off road dog walking shoe. I had thought to give this shoe a chance for running, but I wouldn't be able to take the lack of stability and pounding.

fantastic shoes, but too small. the size depends on the model. I have anothers pairs from Inov-8 number 8, that fits perfectly ( RaceUltra 290, Tri-x-treme 275 and Roclite312 GTX); and F-lite 195, number 8,5 that is too longer. So, I think that should be longer. it made hematoma under the nails of both second toes, that are a little longer in my feet.So, the size is wrong, an error from Inov-8. For this shoe, buy one number bigger!!!But it's as usual for Inov-8, a very good shoe. three stars only because it is too small!

This one is not a typical inov-8 shoe. The shoe is barely a walking shoe. I bought it coz' I liked the color combination. The shoe runs a one size large. Doesn't fit like a glove (other ones I have do, I've 3). No arch support or for that matter no support of any kind. It's a joke to call this a running shoe. Don't run or you will end up hurting yourself. When you step down, the shoe bulges on the arch. One other reviewer mentioned that this shoe is highly breathable but I disagree. It's not a typical mesh shoe. Think of it as a thin foam material with a cloth mesh type of stuff on top. So not that breathable. Bottom line, good for walking or on jeans and thats about it in my opinion.

I have been in search for a replacement for my prior athletic shoes for a bit. I have used merrells, mizunos and now these. I put these on and they fit great. I tried a light crossfit workout in them and they work really well even with squatting. Most of the time I do not wear shoes when squatting so I get that solid drive from the heel but with this I still feel great. I have yet to run in them but I will tomorrow morning and see how they hold up.

Love these shoes! Light weight and very breathable for those who have sweaty feet. Only dislike is the lack of tread on the bottom but that was expected for the type of shoe that it is.

This is a comfortable and long lasting shoe. I still wear them and run in them (when I do run).If you have feet that don't need a lot of extra support these are great shoes.

Purchased for my son, this is his second pair of Inov-8 shoes.Very comfortable, light weight, great for running.

I own 2 pairs of Inov-8 and just got this one.It is great shoe for minimal running.I am size 7 on regular shoe and 7.5 on Athletic.However on this shoe I ordered 8 and it fit well.

These shoes are great, ran twenty miles in pouring rain very comfortable got very wet but water drains out nicely. I love them, you need to bare in mind they are quiet flat and may take a bit of getting used to .They have a large toe box I got a size larger than normal and they fit great.

There is a bit of material at the base of the toung that stuck into my foot. Not good for me.

Inov shoes are very comfortable and lightweight.A half size or even one size above your normal shoe size seems to work with this brand.
