Simple to use, works great for the price
Just received it and put it to use and it was simple to use. Just stick the tube in the hole and draw some battery electrolyte and watch the needle float.

worked good then starts leaking
It is easy to read and worked very well for the first handful of battery cells but then the glue that holds the bulb to the meter broke down. I was able to fix it with a cable tie to recreate the bulb seal but that was a big hit to quality.

Not sure how accurate
Nice long filler tube for batteries with a tall cap, but not sure how accurate the SG reading is. I can compare cells to each other easily now, but readings compared to what they should be are consistently low.

Depends on individuals. Its an item worth keeping at home if you know how to use it. handy and good.
