Making Candy: Turkish Delight, Turkish Marzipan and Almond Dragee Recipes Paperback – March 11, 2015

I bought the paperback version. It s a 58 page pamphlet. It does contain receipts but there is no in depth explanation about the process. I am disappointed in this purchase.
