Star Wars Light Sabers: A Guide to Weapons of the Force

I was expected more from this book. This tells about some history and background of some of the main Jedi characters in the Clone wars. I wish this book had more explanations about the different colors of Jedi lightsabers. It not a bad book but do not expect much. I think Youtube is a better place to look for lightsaber info.

Did you know that a light saber beam is not a blade but a loop? I didn't either before I got this book. I didn't know that a Jedi, and a Sith for that matter, picked their focus stones based on their feelings within the Force. Very cool book.

My Star Wars junkie loves this book. Lots of details and interesting illustrations about each light saber. My son is 7 and he reads this book often!

My 8 year old son loves all thing star wars. This is packed full of great info on light sabers. He reads it over and over. Only bummer - the paperback cover completely came off - binding didn't seem to be secured that well. Otherwise, great book to add to your star wars library.

My son liked this book but the glue that held it together peeled off, and he was disappointed about that.

We borrowed this book from the library and my 6 year old LOVED it. He hinted quite hard that he would like it for Christmas.

Apesar de ser uma obra editada antes de 2014, (não amparada pelo cânone da Disney/LucasFilm), prima pela excelente qualidade das fotografias e informações. Uma obra vibrante, exclusivamente focada para a arma mais elegante do Universo Star Wars. A capa é normal, em papel, com bom acabamento, totalmente em inglês. Apesar de ter um formato um tanto quanto "diferente" do usual, também é obra de grande interesse e que pode fomentar outras pesquisas mais aprofundadas sobre o tema. Recomendo!

Guia muito bom para quem gosta de Star Wars, detalhes de sabres, porem não consta nenhum da trilogia sequels (ep.7, 8 e 9) e tb não aparecem sabres dos desenhos Clone Wars e Rebels
