Q: Do you need the balloons to have helium in to make the arch?

This is a fantastic arch and I highly recommend it. I had it for my daughter-in-laws baby shower. No helium required as it comes with a long strip to thread your balloon ends through. You can then blow up your balloons all different sizes. Just a handy tip for you though, don’t use every hole, use every other otherwise the arch is too bulky. The pack also comes with strips of balloon glue so you can just pop a sticky patch on a balloon and fill any gaps you may have. It will look awesome. You won’t be disappointed. Good luck!,

Q: how long did your balloon arch stay inflated? Can I blow it up on Friday and it still look good by Monday?

Yes you can. We experimented a week before we needed them by blowing up 6 balloons but they burst within 12 hours. We had over inflated them. Once we had got that right it was fine. We made the arch a few days before the Christening and it travelled well. I don't know how long after the event it stayed up. We were very please with the product.

Q: can I use double sided tape to stick balloon arch to wall?

I used command strips, which can then be removed without damaging walls. I would be concerned that double sided tape could potentially damage painted/wallpapered walls.

Q: Is the plastic strip free standing of have to hung up?

It’s not free standing on its own but attached to a hard object eg window, wall, etc
