It is well-constructed and is easy to set and reset. I like how you can make it however many numbers you want. One part that could be improved is the little latch which opens the combination door which closes the key chamber. It slips from under your finger easily. The other issue I have is that the little plastic key hook inside is flimsey, twists easily and comes out, but the key holder would still be useful without the hook. You really have to press hard to close the locking door.

I got this so I’d stop worrying about the kids (or me) getting locked out of the house. It’s heavy, feels very secure, and the push buttons are much easier to use than those tiny spinning dials, especially when it’s dark or cold out. Setting the code took about a minute. I’ve got it tucked away outside and it feels sturdy enough to handle the weather.

After slipping and falling in the shower on the first day of a week's long vacation I realized that living alone, if something happens to me at home where I am seriously injured or even die no one would "miss me" in a situation like this until I was scheduled to return to work. I wasn't seriously hurt this time when I slipped and fell, it did take me several minutes to get myself up and out of the tub. Had I needed assistance at that time and was able to get to my phone, someone would have to break in to assist me. With this now even if I have to have emergency service called to assist I can give them the code to get the key to open the locks instead of them having to break in through a window or door. This was easy to set up and install, I liked the fact that it's a keypad and the code can pretty much be anything and is easy to set and change with the included small tool. I gave the code to several friends and would even use this for someone house sitting for me to check on my dog and make sure everything is okay while I'm away.

Had to get a lockbox to accommodate a new pet sitting service we'll be using. It's actually a very useful item I should have had all along, so I'm glad I bought it. Just a few issues; step one is to pull down the front cover - you really have to do some tugging to get it open. Second thing is it's extremely heavy, which is a good thing for security and durability purposes, but I won't be able to hang it where I had hoped to. Lastly, I had to practice several times before I could easily open and shut it. I may have to come back and edit my review if my pet sitters have problems with it; I may have to hide a backup key until I know this lockbox is reliable. For now, it seems like a solid four stars.

I am a Realtor who has had contractors accidentally change codes on OTHER boxes requiring them to be broken off of homes. I needed something that was less likely for that to happen. I initially purchased one to see if they were worth buying and have decided to purchase a second and third so far. They are easy to set up and have more room than others I have used, which is handy if a home has more than one key or if you need to add a note for an alarm code for contractors. I like that it has a hook inside for your keys as well making closing the front easier than others I have used. Is it the strongest box out there? Not likely but it would hold up well for most situations and I am using these on a temporary basis in most cases. So far I am happy with them and would and have bought additional boxes. Price is about the only weak point on these but the product is good.

I operate an Air B and B and we have some pretty wide weather extremes and the lock box is great. Roller code and ease of use. Functions well, great value for the money and tough and sturdy. I mounted mine on the wall right next to the door lock for convenience.

Amazon canceled three orders (five key lock boxes) in one night? So only three key lock boxes arrived instead of eight key lock boxes! Amazon wanted me to file a special report as a result of five key lock boxes becoming mysteriously canceled, right? So I reorder them two more times after the first cancelation, yet Amazon still canceled those too which was out of my control. Then I kept reordering until they were not canceled each attempt, however what the heck! At the end of all this hassle, I wish I did not buy these. Moreover, I did not know how cheap the front plastic cover was before my purchases. The plastic cover feels like it will rip off without trying.

I used to have the fixed lock-box, but with so many short term rentals relying on these - I don't want to advertise my house as a rental. Anyone cruising down the street looking for an easy target would know that the fixed lockbox means - 'short term rental here, maybe empty or tourists with lots of nice stuff to steal'. So I changed to this version that I can just attach on the day of arrival - or even a few hours before guests flight arrives. This minimizes the chance that the house becomes a target. The only thing I don't like is that the combination stays fixed when you close it - you have to rely on guests to spin the dial so anyone passing by doesn't find the combo - so you may want to change the combination each time you have new guests. I try to get them to remove it and bring into the house when they arrive, but if not - I change the combo just in case. Overall - a good solution for when you need a lockbox but don't want to become identified as a short term rental.

Bien mieux que les modèles avec les chiffres qui tournent, car ça finissait toujours par se bloquer. Là, nickel et pas de problème facile à ouvrir et à verrouiller ! En plus comme ça se referme, c'est idéal face aux intempéries.

You can only set a code without repeating digits. Otherwise good product.
