No, it does not! Checking your application on Fel Pro website  it shows that the Intake Manifold Gasket part# MS 97038 will fit your application (2012, NISSAN, SENTRA, 2.0L L4 1997cc/122cid). For the Throttle Body Gasket you will need the part # 61552.

Amazon garage says this does not fit 2013 nissan versa 1.6 does it? does it come with a  throttle body gasket separate as described by past customers?

According to Felpro.com, the Valve Cover Gasket Set for the 1.6 Liter engine (the only option) in the 2013 Nissan Versa, you will need the part number VS 50891 R (New, improved design) or VS 50847 R  (Old design). Both Sets include the Spark Plug Tube Seals.
Throttle Body Gasket comes as a separate part number: 61768

You have to remember that most of the engine gaskets (in this case: the Intake Gasket) are specific to a single engine type. This Intake Gasket is made for the 2.0 Liter inline 4-cylinder engine. The Nissan Versa Note has a 1.6 Liter inline 4-cylinder engine and it will need a different gasket. 
Use the additional filters on Amazon Automotive Parts & Accessories to find the correct Intake Gasket, or go on Felpro website and find all the part numbers of all the gaskets for your engine; then come back on Amazon website and use the part number(s) to find the gasket(s) that you are looking for.
If you can't do it, ask for someone that has automotive parts experience, or just go in person to an auto parts store and get the parts that you need. (Better have the vehicle Registration or Insurance Card with you, so that they can find the correct information based on the VIN number on the above cards;  VIN = Vehicle Identification Number)
