Deep penetration
These are great.Accurate, go far, deeep penetration.Depending on what you are shooting at (wood) the tips may not hold up, foam targets the cones may not hold up.Dont let the above mentioned discourage you grom buying these. These are great darts for the Slickmaster .625 blowgun. Very happy!!

Yeah, this is pretty decent
These are good darts do recommend an alteration on the tip depending if this is for target shooting or actual use. I highly suggest a fresh box cutter blade and steady hands. They all don't come perfect. So choose the very best for actual use.

36 of 50 darts are warped
The bamboo darts are as accurate as the shooter if the shafts are straight. Most were warped but heat the shaft with a good, hot hair dryer or an electric paint stripping gun being careful to avoid the cone. Once the shaft is hot bend it straight and hold until cool. As for the blunting of the tips, I dip the tips in thin CA. I'm a fan of all things Cold Steel. I own a 5ft single piece blowgun. I can hit a 3 inch circle at 10 meters about 70% of the time after I tweak the shafts. The problem with that is that I wind up hitting the cone on the darts that are already in the target rendering them usually useless. I always shoot a series of 10 darts. The darts are so cheap to buy that I don't find it a problem. Good luck fellow blowgunners!

Kitchen scewers with a cap on end.
Great for tacking balloons but you would save money buying them at the grocery store and putting caps on the ends

Great shootin... inexpensive
Love these darts. It's about all I shoot anymore. Even the crooked ones shoot straight....cant go wrong..I use a pinty green dot laser sight..very accurate..PS..the handy dart case came from Lowes...UPDATE...I cut them down to 6 inches and they shoot faster, flatter and are just as accurate if not more accurate ..the very first grouping that I shot (with a laser) I took a picture of to show..I think the key to shooting more accurate is "follow through" just like with a recurve bow JMUA...cutting them shorter eliminates the crooked ones....

Great target practice darts.
These are very good darts for target practice. If I lose them in my yard, I don't really have to worry about hitting them with my lawnmower. I'll probably end up getting more spares eventually, these were very good. I didn't have much of a problem with warping of the sticks or cones. I've made Swiss cheese out of a pretty heavy duty cardboard box today. They would probably be lethal to small enough critters, but I just got mine because they are very fun to shoot. They even sunk in to a cherry tree from a pretty good distance without any breaking, just a bit of tip dulling. A small handheld pencil sharpener fixed them right back up again.
