Just got it a week ago and started to use it ones a day for now. Very effective, definitely makes skin smoother and I can already feel tightness, has warming effect but don't burn. Love it, thank you! Love that it's natural as well.

Disliked smell (horrific), texture (too runny), did absolutely nothing but turn my thighs red.. did absolutely nothing to my torso area. Bottle came in every language but English.

I have been using it every day until the first tube got over. Did not see any significant results. I still have my cellulite, nor did I drop any pant size... Doesn’t get absorbed in skin easily. You really have to massage it in. I think with that kind of massage, even Cetaphil what it might be doing. 😁 It does make the skin very warm . So I would hate to wear this on summer days. (When you actually might need to wear swim suits/shorts) . I bought my cream from the official Guam store website.Wont buy again.
