Not Good for Pasta
Didn't work for pasta making. Way too dry and tasted a bit off. Gave 3 stars because it may be good for baking.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
If you love pasta the way I love pasta - you will hate this product.i bought it because it was made by LC Foods who I have heard has a good reputation but this stuff i had to put in the garbage disposal...all i could taste was the flax meal.... i like flax meal but not when i am expecting the taste of pasta.
