Deal Supplement Magnesium Complex 500 mg Per Serving, 240 Veggie Capsules

Changed my life. I am a recovering alcoholic that struggled for years with CPTSD and intense anxiety. I began taking this supplement years ago. Since then I have been able to wean off of all psych meds (previously took benzodiazepines, sedatives and beta blockers for anxiety). I do not have panic attacks anymore. No matter what is happening. I have no tremor to my hands and I didn’t think it would ever go away seeing as I had tremors since I was about 12. Also my resting heart rate which was previously high is now at about 65. I know it’s this supplement because if I forget a dose I go back to having tremors and invasive anxious thoughts and I shut down.

This is my favorite magnesium supplement definitely sleep better when I take these! And has a better combination of magnesium’s than other brands I’ve tried!

Buy this every time it runs out. It works well and the price is right.

I like this combo. I take magnesium every single night to help me sleep. It helps a lot, and I know the difference between brands and formulations. I often repurchase what I like, but sometimes the price shoots up, or it is not available. So I try something new. For me, it needs to have 3 or more magnesium chelates, and be in capsule form. I dont do well with tablets, and I dont do as well with single chelates. I am totally ok with oxide even though it is often touted as being the least bioavailable. So in my experience, try different forms, and go with what works. This contains: Magnesium chelates of Glycinate, Citrate, Oxide & Aspartate Each easy to swallow capsule contains 600 mg. I tend to get confused with how much elemental is in there (I assume 60mg or so), so depending on your needs, you will most likely need to take more than one capsule per day. Directions say one capsule 3x per day with meals. I take mine at night (1-3 capsules) as I find any form of magnesium makes me sleepy. Glad to say that this is working for me. I will likely alternate it with another favorite of mine, Life Extension Magnesium Caps
