Had to get support for my fallen arches, which are causing knee problems. I've tried a couple of others from Amazon but these are my favourites. Good fit, really easy to use and to switch to another shoe. Just the right level of support for me, I can feel that my arches are lifted. If you have a medical issue like this, it can take a while for the feet to adjust to wearing supports even if it's good for them. So you may have a little bit of discomfort at first. My physiotherapist advised not wearing them constantly, but start with an hour a day max then build up. After a couple of weeks my feet are really used to them and I think the benefit is showing.

The firm structure feels like rally good long-lasting quality. These will take a little time to get used but any first use I can feel they will be useful for my Plantar issues. My shoe feel a little tight at first but with in minutes it's unnoticeable. Good value for the money paid. I have 3 pairs in the Large and 1 pair in the medium.

Nice but didn’t work for me. Foot Active half insoles are far more comfortable

Good for high arches. I have calluses on balls of my feet. These insoles are similar to ones I got from NHS podiatrist. The NHS ones were hard and cut into my feet eventually. These are a softer material, My calluses have been less painful as my weight is more evenly distributed. I’ll probably buy another pair to save changing from shoe to shoe.

These are great support insoles and fit in all of my shoes and most of my boots (not so good in the very fitted boots). Because they are only 3/4 of the full insole they fit easier into most shoes. Don’t worry about them moving as they don’t once your foot is in the shoe. I get what I think is flat feet (according to self-diagnoses on Google) and have bought over time a lot of these so I don’t have to keep transferring them from one pair of shoes to another. I don’t have pain now in feet but went out in new shoes without them today and instantly had painful feet. Needless to say I’ve remembered to transfer a pair into these new shoes now. They may feel a little weird at first but you just don’t notice it after a day or so - persevere! Highly recommended.

I have had issues with my knees wearing neutral running trainers. Using these insoles has helped me go back to using neutral trainers over the heavier stable trainers... can be first at first during a run and uncomfortable but your feet get use to it.

I just love them. They work perfectly for me. For many years I had my orthotics made, but I decided to try these in a pair of sneakers. They were so comfortable that I bought another pair to fit in a pair of boots and again, they worked perfectly so I’ve been buying these in the last few years and I’m totally happy with the result. I recommend them.

Utilisé d abord 1 an en planche à voile à foil pour réduire la pression sur le talon et éviter une fasciite plantaire. Même ainsi en milieu aquatique dans un bottillon la semelle n a pas bougé, pas de décollement Puis testé en trail montagne, idem la semelle reste bien en place, très confortable, réduit la tension du tendon d achille ( et le risque d inflammation donc ) J ai commandé une seconde paire pour la ville au quotidien. Très agréable une réussite
