For the price I've paid for this headset I am very happy. My usual daily headset I used for my PS5 was a Senheiser HD590, unfortunately they got damaged in the process of me moving house which made using them unreliable.After speaking to some friends who have this product, I took the dive and purchased this headset and needless to say I am very impressed with quality of the Razer Kraken.The sturdiness of the box ensures the headset has been protected during shipping.The sound quality of the headset is extremely good value considering the price. Now its no 300 pound headset, so there is some compromises you make such as not getting true noise cancelling that you would get in the Sony 1000-XM4, but you do get crisp clear sound, and the microphone is very good quality.I have read some comments saying that the headphones are on-ear headphones, I would argue they are over-ear due to the fact have relatively large sized ears (comes with the trade being 6ft2), and my ear length is around 8cm from the top to the bottom of the lobe, and my ears fits snuggly inside the headphone.Highly reccomend this headset regardless of which system you are on.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love the surround sound on this mic, I play a lot of CoD amongst other games and the direction is just so clear. The cooling gel in the ear phones really helps as I game for long periods and other mucs have made my ears and head feel really hot. It has a long lead from the controller which is great, but don't wander around catching it on doorknobs or it will affect the surround - hence why this is my second purchase! I recognise this as my fault though and have gone back for more because it's a really reasonably priced mic for such great quality

This is a replacement pair and we ordered again as we were highly satisfied. The noice cancelling is great, noise quality really good, light weight and comfortable. Great price. Using them for a ps5.

the fit is a bit funky. They dont sit right on my head. The bottom half of the ear covers dont seal with the shape of my head, they sit up, which feels weird and lets sound bleed out

Big, comfy, loud, reliable, these headphones were meant to be a temporary replacement until I got bigger, and more expensive ones, but now I've decided that these will be my headphones 🎧 they are wired, and I'm used to wireless but I can compromise a little because they are just so good, once you give them a chance you won't want to give them up lol

I've owned 2 pairs of Krakens now and both headsets have never disappointed. The audio is always crystal clear and the headset itself is both comfortable and unencumbersome. Good for if you game for hours wearing them.

So i purchased this product for my kid so i wouldn't have to hear his console noise! Well they sure worked well.Great noise cancellation, now the turd don't hear when I shout at him and he cant hear the volume of his own voice.Product is great may need to buy shock collar for volume control!

I bought my first Kraken headset 3 years ago, and it broke in one ear yesterday because I was sitting in a degen position with the cord pressed against my chair. Oops. Anyways, other than that, it's been great. The muffs sometimes fall off which is a bit annoying but once you figure it out you can put them back on in less than a minute, and for something that happens no more than one time in two weeks, that's totally acceptable. One weird quirk is when you turn the volume down past maybe ~20%, it only plays sound in one ear, but that's no issue either, I just keep it above 20% and balance my audio through the computer. If I could change anything about this headset it would be the volume slider. It unintentionally slides more often than I'd like it to.As for comfort and sound quality, I've never been annoyed wearing them, and it blocks out my brother's incessant yelling pretty well. I'm not an audiophile so I've been pretty happy with the sound quality. No real issues at all. I guess the sound cancelling does get a little much though, as my tinnitus thrives in the earmuffs, but sliding one off or playing lofi does well enough.All in all, most of the issues I've had with this headset are user error, and despite that it lasted 3 years. Totally happy to order another :)
