I get racing thoughts at night, so it was nice to have something to focus on. The heart beat vibration is calming.It's pretty loud if near your face. I sleep with it on my chest most of the time.It doesn't completely help me go to sleep. I think it just depends on the person. It might help more for others than me.It's super soft and cute though.

This is a wonderful sleep aid, and I've also used it to help me calm down when I'm feeling anxious. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the 'heartbeat' gradually slows down as it runs, which helps me to relax and to bring my own heart rate down.Also, it is extremely tiny and cute.

this product totally met my expectations. although expensive with shipping and insurance, it was worth it for our needs. thank you.
