Great stuff!
I started using this stuff a couple of years ago. It is great if you can pickles or pickle jalapeños. I do both, and when I began using this, they both became much more crisp. Now, I feel that it is as essential as the vinegar!

This container will last a LONG time
Pickling recipes call for just a small amount to keep pickles crisper longer. There is no "shelf life." This small container of 5.5oz should easily last me several home harvest seasons.

Seal was intact
The package was secured properly and the expiration is good until the end of 2024. My pickles came out crisper than they ever have and my entire family loves them. Over all this is a good product! I almost didn’t buy it due to the reviews with the damaged packaging photos. Luckily they have a new batch in.

Used for the first time summer of 2023
I really like this product - I used it in the cole slaw that I made/canned, and used it in the dill pickles that I put up last summer. All these months later, about 10 months, I'm still opening jars of dill pickles and finding them to be wonderfully crunchy and delicious. Glad I discovered this product!
