I am hanging these lights around my bed on my walls and ceiling. I am happy with the length of cable running bulbs along it, I can run the bulbs back and forth along the walls of my room, which span the space of a small double bed. The lead is suitably long: there is a measure of bulb-less lead so that it can reach a socket. It has a USB connection which I think is brilliant. I plug it in to my USB socket which means I have no need to run the batteries. The light is soft and warm, not too bright but makes a great sleepy mood lighting. The remote is pretty handy actually. I thought it may be a bit of a waste, but I have enjoyed lying in bed, grabbing the remote at my side and switching out the lights. I will say that the remote has a pretty weak signal. It won't work if any object is in front of the control/battery box, so annoyingly I have to have an ugly box on view if I want to use the remote. All in all, I would recommend and may buy again in future.

These lights work really well and are just like they are described. The lighting they give is very pleasant and warm. They are long enough to decorate a medium-sized room. The length of the wire is great as you can have it plugged in to the wall without it being stretched; I haven't used the entire length of cable that is provided and have it plugged in easily. The remote control works well from 5m away but the lights can also be controlled with a button on the battery box and there are a variety of lighting sequences to choose from, some nicer than others. It also has the option to power it through batteries or through USB plug. The one complaint I have about the product is that the first time I took them out of the box and hung them, one of the plastic lightbulb came unstuck from one of the lights. Other than that, they are very durable; I have had them for 3 months and haven't had any breakage or wearing-out.

Nice enough, they have a matte finish but they’ll do. I have mine mains powered, can’t imagine batteries would last long. Good lights

These lights were just what I was looking for. They look lovely on our Christmas tree and provide a nice warm glow. There is a small remote control so you can choose from 8 different light settings and you can turn the lights on and off. My favourite setting is the twinkling lights but you can have them static as well depending on what mood you are in. There is an option to plug them in via USB or you can use batteries but I would definitely recommend the USB option as the batteries ran out after a week and became very dim. I am really pleased with these lights and would recommend them to anybody looking for a nice warm glow and the option to have various settings.

My daughter ordered these for her room and she was really excited , but when we turned these on only few lights were working and rest appeared to be damaged . I was really disappointed as they look beautiful in the picture. I would not recommend this product.

These lights are great both battery powered and usb. They are ugly when not lit if I’m honest but silly stunning at night so worth the day ugliness in my opinion. Remote control is an added bonus. The only annoying niggle is that there isn’t a constant gentle twinkle setting. It goes from twinkle to flashing which can be annoying. Apart from that I’m pleased.

Nice options of settings and bright and white. Lovely quality, good length and provides a glow fit for my yoga class
