First of all...I like Starwest products in general. The reason I purchased this is because a canine naturopath told me the collagen production keeps her from getting neckline jowls. She takes it herself for that reason and gives it to her animals for the collagen. I throw it into a smoothie every day.

I like to take this throughout the day, alternating between this and a different brand/variation of rose hips. This variation clumps a little, but I've figured out how to use that to my advantage and see it as a good thing. If I take some of the powder and allow it to clump against the back of my teeth (bottom row) it allows for some sublingual absorption under the tongue over the course of the next several minutes or however long I go without drinking. I see this as a good thing and the fact that it has no unwanted fillers or ingredients is wonderful!

Very nice powder. However, I do not know hav instructions how to use them as tea because they are not absorbing completely in the hot water. I like to make tea, but do not know how’s to mix them well. Email the company, but no reply.
