Like most of us, during COVID, I went back to DIY colouring. And on the last occasion, really messed my hair up by getting some high lift tint on hair that had already been tinted. After that, I started to lose lots of hair from around the front, ending up with a mullet! I decided to get my hair chopped off, have a long break from colour and start taking these biotin vitamins. I've been taking them for about 18 months now, and I see such a difference. I'm able to get my colour done (at the salon!) And even my hairdresser says my hair's in amazing condition. Annoyingly, it grows super fast, as do my nails, which does mean more frequent visits to the nail and hair salon! I also use OGX shampoo and conditioner that also contains collagen and bioton. The vitamins are so small, easy to swallow, don't have any smell. You get a whole year's supply for less than £20. Great value!

Been using for 12 months just one a day. Just ordered second bottle as very pleased with difference in my nails. Much stronger and not splitting or flaking like they did in the past. Would highly recommend this supplement as has definitely worked for me.

We got these as.... My hair is thinning and the Mrs has breakages. One of her friends took this product and had a big difference over a month or so. This bottle has enough for 1 year which is good value. The pills are tiny (about half the size of a medicine caplet) and very easy to take. There's no horrible taste or after taste. Even the Mrs (who hates medicine) was able to easily take these. Just take 1 a day after a meal. It will take a while for us to really see the difference, but from what we've seen of our friend and how easy these are to take, i'm sure it'll be good. Good quality and value. Recommended. I would definitely recommend this product- my hair and nails grew and felt so good. Reasonably priced too.

Biotin helps hair growth a little and also is fairly good for skin but it dose not live up to its reputation.

Premetto che è sempre meglio chiedere prima un parere al proprio medico curante, ma posso dire che personalmente mi sto trovando molto bene. Dopo circa una settimana di assunzione la mia pelle è decisamente migliorata, la grana è più liscia e luminosa, persino la zona del contorno occhi appare meno segnata dalle rughe d'espressione. Più brillanti e forti sono i capelli con una drastica diminuzione della perdita stagionale. I risultati variano certamente da persona a persona e continuerò a valutare il prodotto nel tempo, ma per il momento sono più che soddisfatta. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Farò un ciclo di trattamento di sei mesi con una pausa di trenta giorni prima di riprenderlo per altri sei mesi. La confezione consente una durata di un anno, la compressa è piccola e facilmente deglutibile, da assumere con molta acqua durante o dopo uno dei pasti principali, una sola volta al giorno.
