G4Free 46/54/62/68/72/80 Inch UV Protection Windproof Sun and Umbrella Golf Umbrella Auto Open Double Canopy Ventilated Plus Size for Men and Women

This umbrella was a replacement for a lovely golf umbrella I had that sadly got stolen. I searched for a windproof one as it really annoys me when umbrellas blow inside out when it's windy & rainy. I also wanted one that could be used as a sunshade as my skin is extra sensitive after suffering 2nd degree burns and post chemotherapy. I also chose this one because I loved the mint/greeny-blue colour (actually called Lake Blue) on the inside and the good reflective silver on the outside. The inside colour is a happy colour for me so cheers me up on dark rainy days! I must say, when it arrived I was surprised how big it was - it's huge! You could easily fit 2 or 3 people underneath it! It's been well and truly tested in the rain and is marvelous - kept me very dry. It has a flap - like a little extra umbrella at the top to make it windproof & I was worried rain might leak through but thankfully it was completely water-tight. I haven't really tested it properly in the strong wind yet - so will come back to this after that event has occurred. The 2nd photo only shows about ¼ of the umbrella, just to give you an idea of size. I had it on that side of me because that was the direction the wind was blowing the rain from. Sorry it doesn't show it all, it's all I've got at the moment. If I can add some more pictures later I will... 😊 When folded up I used it as a walking stick, but at 5'5" it was very tall for me - I think it would be a good size walking stick for a 6' person! As a sunshade it was perfect too and gave very good coverage. It would be ideal as a sunshade on the beach or when out for a picnic. I purchased it just before a music festival weekend I went to. I clamped it onto a hired mobility scooter to keep both the rain and the sun off me. Although it gave me good coverage it was a bit big for that in a crowded place. The part of the handle that you hold is soft grip which is great on the hands but not so good for a small clamp. My daughter walked beside me when I was in the motability scooter and it was big enough for her to be able to hold it over both of us. In crowded places, when there's just one underneath, the umbrella is so big it's a bit of a liability - I was constantly aware that someone might get caught by it. I think if I were a tall person, or not in a mobility scooter, that wouldn't have bothered me so much as it would be above most people's heads! It's perfect when there's not crowds though - and people certainly see you coming! It comes complete with a silver case that has a strap so you can carry it over your shoulder when not in use, which is really handy. I'm very pleased with this umbrella and hope it lasts me a long time. ☔️☂️⛱️🌂

This was fantastic... but I returned it as my golf giftee didn't want to look like the mother ship landing. 80 inch casts a wonderful shadow and the bigger deal is the wider the umbrella the longer the post for those tall peeps. Attached to the trolly well.... it was just the available colour.

The umbrella is great . Its vented , it has a great outer sleeve . Good size , great colour makes you feel cooler It was badly let down by the very long delivery . Ordered 8th July , delivered 1st August which is exceptionally long for an Amazon order. There was no details of how long it would take for the delivery and I of course ordered it in the heatwave so a speedy normal Amazon delivery was needed I would have given 5 * if it wasnt for the long delivery and no communication

It’s fantastic! Playing golf in this hot weather has meant that I’m a lot cooler when standing under the umbrella. I would recommend it to everyone. Even my husband thought it was good so he’s bought one too!

G4 umbrella 68" Lovely, but too heavy.

The umbrella doesn’t seem to absorb the sun’s rays like a conventional umbrella so it’s much cooler underneath. I bought the 68inch and it provides quite a large area of shade. It also provides plenty of shelter when it rains. I bought one in pink and was so impressed I ordered one in blue for my husband. On a very windy day it did blow inside out but it was very easy to put right and whilst it’s very sturdy it’s actually quite light. Highly recommended.

For the price id have expected it to last longer. It’s been blown inside out several times and one of the arms have snapped as well as the material coming away from another arm. Useless.

I love it. It's my new favorite thing. I can now enjoy the sunshine without suffering or becoming ill. I will be telling my friends and recommending it. I literally will improve my and child's life so much. Brilliant product!

This umbrella delivers exactly as advertised! Living in a hi-rise condo with a balcony facing the scorching sun, I wanted an umbrella offering total UV protection. I also wanted it to be portable so I could take it with me to the beach, lake, outdoor events etc. This umbrella offers total sun and UV ray blocking, and appears to be very sturdy and well made. I bought the emerald green color, and the umbrella is as beautiful as it is protective. I just bought a second umbrella to give to a friend. I LOVE it! Look no further for another choice, and buy this umbrella!
