Love and Hate.
This review is for the Casio PX-S3000 bundled with headphones, bench & stand.Cavet- I'm not even close to a pro musician. I bought this as an expensive toy and have really enjoyed it for the most part.First, don't buy the bundled version. Most of the accessories are the lowest tier in their categories. The bench carries a warrning that it's rated for 200 pounds. At a few pounds more than that I worry every time I sit down. The headphones are $20 quality and aren't comfortable, I donated them to goodwill. The stand didn't come with assembly instructions & the instructions on the maker's website were for a different model. I wrote & asked, they said they'd get them to me & never did. I'm mechanically declined but figured it out eventually. The pedal is actually good, but if you spend much time with this instrument you're going to be wanting to get the 3 pedal unit.First frustration: troubleshooting why the pedal didn't work. Eventually discovering there's a switch on it to change its polarity, because that's apparently a thing, then it worked.I love and hate this instrument. I haven't owned anything like this in 30 years so am really out of touch with what's possible. I play piano, badly, and guitar perhaps worse. My original desire for this thing was having piano action and headhpones so as not to annoy my family. It works great on that score.Out of the box I was amazed. It had an easy learning curve for just fiddling around. I had no idea auto-accampaniement had gotten this far. The piano sounds are pretty good (Stage Piano is best to my ears), and the action is a very good imitation, but I soon dropped piano for just pumping out tunes using the autocomp with my left hand and 'play' tenor sax, muted trumpet, etc, doing a creditable imitation of a small jazz combo. Or putting on Bossa accompaniment, flute, and inflicting Ipanema on my wife. My current project is to work through the jazz Real Book recording comps as midis, so I can play over them on guitar (the midis allow you to change tempos!)The various voices are frustrating. There are 700ish. Many are amazingly spot on in the sounds they're trying to recreate, some are close and sound like a synthesizer trying to sound like a trumpet. A few hundred are imports from a prior model I think & sound like it, I haven't used.Sounds are grouped into Piano, Epiano, Organ, Pad (synthy), Strings, and Other. ALmost everything I want to use (all brass, reeds, guitar, and miscellaneous) are grouped into Other and are not convenient to get to (Hit "Other" three times to go guitar, guitar, trumpets, reeds; then hit Plus 6 times to get to the sound you wanted) The reed sounds are great and some can fool the ear, the brass less so but still ok.Organ category is lacking- there are only 3 pipe organ sounds. I found this disappointing because with Splitting the keyboard in half, then doing an Octave shift you can replicate having two manuals of a real organ- fun but limiting because only 3 voices. All in all the voices are great, there's just so many you probably won't use and they're grouped weirdly.Autoaccompaniement is somewhat better, I haven't found a comp 'voice' which was bad, but again inconveniently grouped. Jazz is its own category, but there are also jazz comps in the Ballad category and World Music. There are two world music categories and it looks like some comps were just lumped in. Dixieland which should be jazz, is followed by Tex-Mex, near Country in World. Now the frustrations. You can record a dozen plus songs into memory, but most of those slots are .wav and only 4 are midi, which are much more flexible. You can save to a flash drive but saving and importing are a pain, especially naming files working through the tiny LED screen. The instructions to do this are supremely not helpful in places.Instructions to hook your tablet or phone up to the thing are not helpful. It took research in forums etc to discover though it advertises bluetooth connectivity, its only use is to serve as remote speakers. To use a tablet or phone you have to use a special USB cord sold separately (USB B on one side connecting to your device on the other). And an app called Chordana. Not Chordana Play in the app store. Chordana Play for Piano. Which shows up on your device as "For Piano".When you get your device hooked up it's much easier because it allows you to change voices, comps & tempos through a touch menu interface. I hoped I could use it to bypass the tiny screen, SMS style character selection for file naming and saving.. .but despite having separte plugs you literally cannot connect a flash drive at the same time as your tablet. Plus the USB ports are on the back underneath the music stand for inconvient switching between the two.If this review sounds negative - sorry, I really do love the thing, it's an amazing instrument. I just want to pull my hair out sometimes at their voicing/comp categories, the terrible user interface, bad documentation and difficulty saving.Lastly, Amazon just asked me to give three ratings: Thickness, Sheerness & Value for Money. I'm not even sure what to say there. Thic is good right? So I gave it five stars. Sheer, I had to give 1 star to because I cannot in fact see through it. Still, 5 stars for value.

Excellent Keyboard and Accessories
I bought this as an alternative to my very heavy 20-yr-old Roland RD-700. It has a comparable feature set for one quarter the price, and actually produces better piano sounds. The built-in speakers are fine for an impromptu jam, and the whole works in the padded case (extra) weighs less than 30 lbs.! Someone wrote that the Adorama package deal is of lowest quality, but for occasional use I’m finding it quite serviceable and an extraordinary deal.

Good piano; lousy accessories
The piano itself is great, with a good sound and keys that feel good under one's fingers. However, the bench is tiny and a little unstable, and the stand is definitely unstable. I recommend buying a sturdy table and piano bench instead.

Great piano package
Works great, and great package for everything needed for the piano. The only downside was the lack of built in sample songs.

Fast Shipping
Solid Piano, If you don't have good headphones or a good sounding amp, you might want to consider that the next purchase. Beyond that great feel and solid piano with very reliable and courteous company.
