Great flavor; can be used solo or with plain bourbon infused coffee
On its own, it's almost a liqueur coffee. If you're up for a flavored drink, then this works well. If you're not up for quite that much flavor, then mix it half and half with a plain bourbon infused coffee (forget about "barrel aged; that's a weak substitute). We've been playing with a few different coffees and percentages and have found our sweet spot; this coffee is usually part of it, when it's available.

not as good as I hoped
The flavor is more vanilla than bourbon. I had another brand that I really loved and now cannot find it. I was disappointed.
