Your dog can still pee without obstruction
Shipped quickly, and looks like the pic. Unfortunately the material is very flimsy and scrunches up easily. These just can't work properly as they never stay in place.

Runs too big.
Disappointed in the item. I measured my dog to be 14". The small size is huge on him. The band slips and shifts. Need the xs.
