I cannot believe the power of this product. I've taken loads of supplements over the years hoping for magical results (weight loss, detox, skin, hair, energy - you name it I've had it), this is the only supplement that I've actually experienced working!I initially bought this to help with hot sweats during peri menopause BUT I'm astounded that it has actually IMPROVED MY SLEEP. I usually sleep around 4-5 hours regularly waking for around an hour, or getting up ridiculously early because I can't settle - its exhausting &leaves me irritable, miserable and unproductive.On day 3 if taking this I noticed I was waking in the night but only for a couple of minutes each time.Now, after 2 weeks I don't wake at all! I sleep 5-6 hours straight, which is still not enough, but uninterrupted sleep is amazing lol. I have more energy to do what I need to, my mind is clearer and my mood improved. I used to dread bedtime but now I actually look forward to it! I still can't get over it lol

I’ve been looking for a product like this for a while! It ticks all the boxes with it being vegan non GMO, gluten free and eco friendly! Capsules come in an easy to swallow size so if you’re like me and struggle to swallow then you won’t have a problem. I have MS and this was one of the reasons why I wanted to try this product. I’m on a fourth day into taking these capsules and they’re like a little magic pill for me now! They almost instantly lifted my brain fog which is one of the symptoms I can have especially during a relapse! I’m also feeling more alert and present! Would definitely continue buying this product!I also wanted to add that these capsules have drastically improved my immune system and I haven't been suffering from any colds during taking these!

Been taking these for at least good year +. Can’t be without them, feel really “off” health-wise if I don’t take them, and have more nightmares when off them.

I wouldn't expect to feel noticable differences taking a suppliment like this, but it is known to science that these extracts have beneficial effects.There are people growing these medicinal mushrooms all over the west as well, seems like the Russian and Chinese sources are just pretty cheap ones. Even so the product is quite expensive I bet it just costs a lot to get those powders no matter where they are from.Never had a capsule break. The only problem is that the capsules float and tend to go down sideways, getting stuck in my throat. Not something that can really be avoided, just be aware that this might happen to you with any powdered suppliment in a capsule like this.Other products from this producer are fantastic, the Algae oil and multivitamin are fantastic and dense enough so this doesn't happen.
