If it were possible to give a negative 5 stars that’s exactly what I would do. I purchased these CV joints because I have previously had zero issues with everything Detroit axle sells, that’s definitely not the case with these. First of all neither one came with axle nuts, when contacted their solution was a $12.00 refund or I could ship them back and they would replace the entire order, I was told that they were unable to ship just the nuts because that was not an option. After removing the driver side CV joint it was obvious that the replacement was not the same. After contacting their “Customer Service “ department and speaking with Jonathan I was informed that for them to exchange the WRONG parts with the correct parts I would have to remove the old parts and photograph both parts along side each other so they could compare the two. The new ones were slightly larger in diameter and would not fit back into the transmission and everyone knows you can see that in a photo. When I requested to speak with a supervisor he totally refused saying that one was unavailable however he did say that there was one on duty and he would tell me the exact same thing. Under no circumstances would he transfer me to a supervisor. Now I have to contact Fed-Ex for a pick up and wait who knows how long for a refund. Would I recommend Detroit Axle? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I BELIEVE I’VE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF HAVING TO DEAL WITH!!! I WILL NOT SPEND ANOTHER DIME ON ANY PRODUCT THEY SELL!!!

Will be using but not perfect, see pics. 1) One shaft is pitted but should be structurally okay 2) both flanges have ugly welds that interfere with it keying into the front diff properly. Nothing a little grinder wheel can’t fix but still lacking in quality control.

I have a 2015 JK and my front passengers side u-joint was bad. Repair shop quoted me $500 to replace just the one u-joint. I purchased both axle shafts with u-joints installed and both hubs from Detroit axle for under $500. Be sure to also buy new hub bolts, as you might break a few of the originals at dissassembly.

The axles look good, hope they last because the add says they have a 10 year warranty but they won't honor it if you live in Canada.

CV axles were correct and installed them very easily, very good product look identical to original factory part.

Arrived quickly, well packaged, Exactly as shown, perfect fit, and a 10yr warranty, what else could you ask for? Good purchase :-)
