Took these during pregnancy and i 100% believe this is why my kids came out so smart. My 4 month old has already reached some of the 6 month old milestones. Anyways they don't have after taste a bit big but easy to swallow

Good for memory
Citocoline, or choline, helps me with memory. I tried Prevagen, and it didn't do anything for me. After reading in about choline in Consumer Reports on Health and checking with a couple of other reputable sources, I decided to try it out. The results have been positive for me; can't say this will work for everyone. Bonus--this comes in a glass bottle, NOT PLASTIC! So no microplastics floating around in your gut (well, at least not from this product).

Great supplement for pregnancy
I was recommended to take this product for pregnancy as choline supports baby’s brain development and milk production. These pills are so affordable for the amount you get and you only need one a day. Babies growing very healthy and I’m 30 weeks today, I would recommend to any pregnant mama looking to support their baby. Recommended by my midwife and doula
