This was a great time saver so that the hitch no longer has to be removed from my bike when my wife wants to take her bike. She hated taking my bike when our daughter wanted to go on the tag-along bike nor did she want to go through the hassle of removing it from my bike on to her's. My wife would opt to take the trailer instead and our daughter was not happy. Now the hitches can remain on both our bikes and she can easily go from trailer to tag-along bike in a minute. Now everyone is happy! Adam product that fit perfectly!

Bought this cause I was getting tired of moving it from husbands to my bike. And I need a collar thing to fit my newer bike. Works perfect. Makes switching his trail a bike easy and fast. I have noticed since its new (we got everything used last time) the screw gets stuck a bit. It can be tricky to get out but after a week of taking it off and putting back on its getting easier. So if your thinking of getting another for a second bike just do it you'll be glad you did.

connects to the Adams trail a bike and has a few adapters to connect to the bike seat stem. My kid is too damn lazy to learn how to ride a bike or pedal on his own so this at least gets him off the video games.

This was exactly what we needed to add a hitch to my wife's bike for our son's Trail-A-Bike. Anyone who has used one of these knows you must alternate tightening the top and bottom bolts many times for it to be truly firm. If you think it's firm and your hand's not hurting, you've not tightened it enough. The torque of a child wiggling on the bike will turn the hitch if you've not tightened it enough.Also comes with various inserts so you can match your seat post size as closely as possible.

Got a second bike for the wife and needed another hitch to switch baby girl's Trail-A-Bike around when we need to. The dealership we bought the bike from wanted almost twice the price than here on Amazon. The shipping is a little slow, but I think Amazon sells this from an outside vendor. This comes in the original packaging from Trail-A-Bike with all the hardware and sleeves you'll need to mount it to a bike. This does not come with the pin, that stays with the Trail-A-Bike.

Get an extra bike? Get the Adams Trail a bike from a friend/resale shop and not get the hitch? this is the part you need to attach the trailer to your bike seat post. you will need to have the part on the trailer with the pin and latch. That is not a part of this item.
