Dell Optiplex 9020 SFF i7-4770 3.40GHz 32GB Ram 480GB SSD + 1TB HDD DVDRW HDMI Windows 10 Pro Desktop PC Computer First Click Solutions LTD (FCS).Seperately bought the Dell S2319H 23 Inch IPS Monitor.I am an IT Engineer, so can be a bit critical. Initially had my concerns with reports of some suppliers, but have to say, this Dell 9020 from First Click Solutions is excellent. Some time ago, I had a Dell 790 from Refurb IT MCR which came looking and working like it was absolutely brand new, inside and out and makes a brilliant general purpose PC. This Dell 9020 from First Click Solutions is exactly the same in ‘As New’ condition, working and physical.This is a pretty fast machine and although not quite matching the speed of my same Spec Apple iMac, nevertheless, is very good with the SSD Boot System Drive. That’s Windows for you and never will match a Mac.First Click Solutions appear to know what they are doing. The Dell’s can be set up for 3 Sata’s, moving the 1TB Drive Sata up one (Using it as a Data/Backup Drive), to allow SSD System and the DVDRW Optical to the remaining Sata and this is what First Click Solutions appeared to have done. Some suppliers don’t seem to do that and end up disabling the Optical Drive, saying you can’t add an SSD system Drive without losing the Optical Drive and they are wrong about that.Very clean and no rubbish Apps, as you get with most direct manufactures new machines. In an evening, pretty much got it setup to my liking. Changed the Admin Account Name, Signed in to my Microsoft Account and quickly installed my previous purchased Apps from the Store.Note: Windows 10 is already Installed and Run, so the User Name in File Explorer is fixed at what was typed in at OS Install. But fortunately, they used a sensible name, ‘customer’.Cannot find the WiFi Dongle, but doesn’t matter, as I have masses of them, they are dirt cheap and in any case, I don’t use WiFi and have it Hard Wired on the Network.Excellent purchase.My main equipment: iMac 5k running MacOS and Windows 10, iMac 4k running MacOS and Linux Ubuntu and this Dell 9020 Windows 10 Pro. So, pretty much covering all bases there.Note: The Win7 badge in the picture is not correct and not on the actual PC and the Win10 Cert is on the side. Again, they've done a good job there.** Note Added: **Anyone having audio issues, as in a speaker plugged into the rear audio out port sounds like you're in a cave and the front audio out port, also, to some extent.I have found the problem is that as the PC is of older hardware, Dell haven't got a full Win 10 audio driver for it, so nor will Windows and although greyed out, the Spacial Sound is fixed on, despite showing it off, causing an out of phase echo.This can be fully rectified by using a USB to Audio Adapter such as https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B000R5NJD8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 or similar. Windows will then automatically install the latest USB Audio Driver and not only does it fix the problem, but also, the Dell Audio Panel will appear and work correctly.Very happy bunny now.

Dell Optiplex SFF 9020, Intel i7-4770 3.40GHz, 8GB Ram, 500GB HDD, DVD, Windows 10 Professional (version 1903 when it arrived,). Bought from NH TRADING NW Ltd,.My box arrived yesterday via DPD. It looks like it's from a company called Veno-Scorp.There's a booklet with "read this first" in the box with a bonus wireless USB dongle sellotaped on the back.Plugged it into a VGA monitor and updated Windows.All looking good with advertised specs. Screen shots attached.A couple of minor scuff marks on the side of the unit and a small dent on front.DVD/RW drive works OK as do all the USB ports.Came with 2 non-standard app shortcuts on the desktop for Bullguard Security and Teamviewer.Reinstalled Windows to get a fresh system.Very happy with this purchase. If there's any problems I will update this review.

Very impressed with this PC. Tried to upgrade an HP i5 to i7 some time ago and couldn't get much improvement to performance, but this i7 is like night and day. Very fast, and very quiet. The SSD drive is of course silent in operation, but the HDD is also very quiet, as is the fan. I guess that is because of a good match of motherboard and components.The case looks fine - all in good order aesthetically. If you want to add video cards etc. I'd suggest one of the larger form cases, but all my peripherals are USB connections, and this unit is well stocked with USB 2 and USB 3 connections, so the compact form is better for me.The listing says it comes with a new Dell keyboard. Mine came with a new boxed keyboard and mouse, but it wasn't a Dell make - just your typical off the shelf keyboard. Functional but nothing special.One issue I did have was with the wireless dongle. After a few days internet started dropping out intermittently before failing altogether. I couldn't be sure what the fault was, and by then I'd transferred hundreds of Gigabytes of data over so I wasn't minded to send it back! I bought a new 5Ghz dongle (a 2.4 Ghz dongle is included) and that resolved the problem. Unfortunate, but the saving on getting this fast PC compared to buying new, meant that a few pounds for a new dongle wasn't an issue. Of course it may not have been that the dongle was faulty, it could have just been interference with other wireless kit I use. Either way, sorted and still delighted.

After having nothing but problems with this PC, it stopped working completely, so I took it to get fixed. The SSD drive was corrupted. Having installed a new one, it now seems to work fine.

Seems to provide a lot of power and flexibility (we don't use it for gaming). Set up ok but no manual or guide even though dispatch list had one ticked! Start up and running all seem fast compared with our previous, rather aging system and the SSD means it runs much quieter.Missed out on adding a graphics card due to confusion - not sure we need one as not used for video editing as yet. Initially my fault for ringing a telephone number in the Q&As but the tech support who answered confirmed I had the right company. He said to place order and then send email to sales and gave me address. Sales sent back saying "wrong company". When I sent to correct company, they said "too late", order already prepared!! They could send one separately, but then I would have to fit it.

Prodotto veramente eccellente. Arrivato in pochi giorni, perfettamente imballato, pulito e in condizioni perfette. Attivato subito funziona benissimo, veloce, silenzioso e piccolo. Per quello che mi è costato veramente ottimo. Vedremo la durata. Servizio clienti efficientissimo e gentile.

Devo dire che a questo prezzo non si trova niente di meglio. Assemblati bene e completi di software. Pronti all'uso e grazie all'hard disk SSD è velocissimo all'avvio. Consigliati

Il pc non si è mai acceso, il tecnico cui mi son rivolto ha ipotizzato si trattasse della scheda madre.Unica nota positiva: rimborso veloce. L'assemblatore deve fare MOLTO meglio.

Il pc è veramente paragonabile al nuovo ed è pronto all' uso e completo di office. Il prezzo è buono. Ovviamente stiamo parlando di un pc con prestazioni da ufficio ed è quello lo scopo. No giochi ecc.ecc. L assistenza si è rivelata ottima e ha risposto prontamente ad ogni domanda. Molto contento dell' acquisto!
