Old Central Vac sweeper head gave it up after 20+ years. Found this one 'used' on Amazon. Bought it for a massively discounted price. Looks like new. Plugged it in and it works just fine. Good purchase.

I receved a on Feb 27th and can no longer return. Bought this with the Wand so the electrical attachment would be sure to work and that was a mistake. It functioned for about 30 minutes when first assembled and then stopped. After reassembling it worked for one more cleaning, pulled it out this morning to start the cleaning process and it stopped again and I can not get it started again. Tryed to start a return and I am now 2 days past the return window. Have not been able to reach anyone to just get a power line that I could use with my old wand ..would not buy this again and would return if I could.

When used with the original pipe, this fit perfectly. Out of an abundance of caution, I also purchased the new pipe. It turned out to be totally useless. Overall, I am quite satisfied that the replacement for my 23-year-old vacuum head works better than the original.

My recently Cen-Tec System is great. It was only suppose to be a back up attachment until my older model comes back from maintenance repair and whenever needed. This one by far supersedes my older attachment unit and was only suppose to be a back-up, it’s way lighter when it comes to carrying it upstairs or downstairs. It’s quicker when it comes to vacuuming moving from space to space and also manoeuvres well I think now that my older Vacum-maid system will now have to play back-up and my Cen-Tec System 93488 will be the new ⭐️ when it comes to vacuuming and getting the job done in half the time it takes when using my older unit.

We decided to replace our old agitator for our in-house vacuum. This one came in two pieces - the wand and the agitator. Assembly was quick and easy. The directions are easy. It worked with the hose we have (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000GJGMWA/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). It works as well or better than our old loud agitator. But now we can vacuum while kids are sleeping and worry about waking the whole house. Will buy again if we need another one in the future
