I originally bought this for my husband because he’s dealt with stomach issues for pretty much his entire life. He’s now been taking these every single night as part of his routine for a few years now and they’ve made such a difference for him that he actually stopped taking the other stomach stuff he used to rely on every day. Obviously everyone’s experience will be different, but they’ve worked incredibly well for him. He mixes one scoop in a little shot glass with some water before bed and he actually looks forward to taking it because he says it tastes great! His favorite flavor is the Apple Raspberry. He’s been so happy with these that I actually order them in bulk for him now, especially when they are on sale. Definitely recommend giving them a try if you’re looking for a daily pre/probiotic!

First, this product works. The flavor is okay, but that’s not why I bought it. I bought it because it works. Forgive my bluntness (lawyer here). I took this product daily for 5 days at the suggested dose listed. Now, here is where research comes in. After day 5, I did start experiencing bloating, gas, soft stool then...well. So of course I went to reviews and debated stopping the product because one reviewer said they experienced “anal leakage” (also hypochondriac). But after some research the daily high end dose is about 10 billion cfu this product contains 20 billion per serving. So I cut down to half, and wallah all benefits no bloat. Benefits noted: clear skin, reduction in lower belly fat, less inflammation (also have lupus), better mood, and softer hair. This is the only variable added to my routine. Will purchase again. This is a mucilage type of digestive probiotic supplement. I like it a lot, but if you have any inflammation, you might want to step it up a bit and so I mix this with Max Gut Repair. Together, they are very helpful. This supplies the good bacteria and the 'food' for them to thrive. The Max Gut Repair has ingredients - such as deglycyrhizinated licorice and aloe very, along with a very important gut lining L-Glutamine, that soothe and heal an inflamed digestive tract. However, if you also have adrenal issues, I would add to that mix some pure licorice root powder. The deglycyrhizinated form takes out an important component that is very helaing for the adrenals, but this is done to nix the effect of that component on raising blood pressure. But I don't have blood pressure issues. You can still take regular licorice root, but I would advise under the supervision of a naturopath or educated doctor. I would also read the book Wheat Belly if you are not familiar with it, excellent information on the effects of damaging proteins found in grains

I gave this 3 stars because I legitimately don't know how to rate a product I only used once.... I ordered this and received it just a week or so before meeting with an internal specialist (because of my digestive issues that keep getting worse), who is recommending that I go back on a low-FODMAP diet. To say I'm devastated is an understatement, because high-FODMAP foods are everywhere, and of all the diets I've tried I think I might hate low-FODMAP the most. No garlic. No onion. No cauliflower. Broccoli okay in small amounts. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Case in point: This product. Sounds like it would be great for people with gut issues, right? But if you're like me and sensitive to FODMAPS and/or have IBS you're trying to solve, it's really not a good choice. Nothing against the company, most prebiotics are this way. Inulin (from jerusalem artichoke) and any form of oligosaccharides (such as the tapioca-derived ones used in this product) are NOT good for those with IBS (type "C" or "D"). For the average person who does not have IBS or struggle in this regard, this product is probably just fine. But I am going to be giving away a nearly-unused tub of yet another product that I spent money on, all because I didn't do enough research or realize just how problematic FODMAPs really are for me. I just hope others in similar situations can avoid my mistake.

It works! And tastes so amazing. I actually look forward to drinking this everyday. Even my 4 year old loves it (she gets only a half scoop) but it’s helped my digestive issues & hers so much. I can eat way more things now without getting sick. Before taking this I was really ill, couldn’t gain wait or absorb nutrients and having all sorts of pain, illness & other unpleasant things I won’t mention. I had developed leaky gut due to an injury from a car accident, then the prescribed pain pills (which I no longer take because they destroy your gut and are just awful for you), and a genetic disorder that was triggered by the car accident. This probiotic/prebiotic, enzyme formula has no fillers, dairy or sugar or anything gross or bad in it. And trust me I’m allergic and sensitive to almost everything. Plus it’s organic! It has honestly helped tremendously and I can’t thank Ora Organic enough for giving me my life back when nothing else seemed to work & everything else either made me develope an allergy to or it made me really sick. Highly recommend this product if you struggle with gut health & digestive issues like me!! Blessings to you all!

I am a covid survivor and "long hauler." I have suffered from digestive issues for MONTHS! Nothing else helped. I tried multiple different probiotics and they did little to nothing to help me. After a single day of using this probiotic I saw improvement! After a few weeks my digestion was almost back to normal! Anyone who has experienced long-hauler symptoms knows how elusive and impossible "normal" anything can be. The quality and effectiveness of this product are excellent. Plus it tastes good and has good texture. I add it to a full glass of water and add a splash of pure cranberry juice. It dissolves completely and tastes good. My husband likes the flavor too. The container is a functional design making it easy to reach in and use the included scoop. I have found the probiotic that works for me and I will not be switching any time soon.
