I decided to buy a whole bunch of whole herbal supplements with at least two research papers published about there efficacy, just before the pandemic. Not because anything is wrong with me, but because I figured if they had so much good stuff in them to cure disease, they were probably better than a multivitamin for upping my nutrition. I rotate which I put in my coffee each morning and haven't notice much from any.This Gotu Kola was different. On the days when I added it to my coffee, I found I had a ton of not just energy, but motivation. Not manic in anyway, just got on task so easy. I highly recommend this.The powder smells kinda of like weed. I didn't notice a big taste difference in my coffee, but I put not just cream and egg yolk, but also cinnamon and cayenne, so not much is gonna be bad. There is bitterness, as with every leaf powder I've had. But, in coffee, that's good.
