This is great! I got this because my pop socket made my phone too thick to work with the phone holder I have in my car. This case is low profile, not big and clunky, but it’s rugged enough to handle a drop here and there. After ordering, they actually sent me a second band to thank me for my purchase! Great buy, great service!

I absolutely love my switchband case and band!! The case is super sleek and stylish, I love that it’s black! The band is really comfortable so your fingers never hurt and it’s tight enough to keep your fingers in place when holding your phone!Just today I was riding my bike and I cannot tell you how many times I would’ve dropped my phone if it wasn’t for this band!Pop sockets are out !! I'll be honest, I never thought about writing a review for this phone case. It's a phone case and I've already had it a year, why would I? I'll tell you why. I originally ordered the black case with the white band. Apparently, I'm a filthy slob and I got the white band just as filthy. I tried to wash it, but it's white and it wasn't coming back. So I go shopping for cases again and I didn't want one with a hard plastic loose band and I didn't want one of those pop sockets. The elastic band on this case was great. It doesn't jam into my leg when it's in my front pocket. It's soft when I have it over my finger. I don't want a new case at all. I just want a new band.So I go into my order history and find the case. It's a Switchbands case? Well that absolutely sounds promising. I search around for bands on amazon and couldn't find them, but google is my friend and I found their website. And there it was, replacement bands in many colors. Inexpensive and free shipping. I got my package today and it was accompanied by a hand written note, and some extra goodies. Who in this world still does that? Apparently, Switchbands cases does. I am very grateful. They allowed me to keep my same case and just replace the band, just like I wanted.If you're hesitating about buying this case, don't. Not many phone accessories are backed up by real people. This one is. It makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside. Thanks Switchbands!

Great case and bands - would definitely buy from them again!PROS: Even though I am in CA, and the company is in Louisiana, I received my case and first band within a couple of days - faster than expected!I ordered an additional band so that I could "switch it up" - and received it within a couple of days too! BUT this is where the very NICE SURPRISE came in - they also sent a very nice handwritten note thanking me for my purchase and ALSO enclosed an ADDITIONAL freebie colorful band AND kickstand! Wow - talk about making me a customer for life! Its amazing that a company these days actually takes the time to sincerely thank a customer for their business!I already love how the band looks and is so easy to change the "look" of your phone with the bands. And it really makes me feel like my phone is secure when I carry it around (I can't tell you how many times I dropped my phone using other methods) You can even personalize your band by having them print a favorite picture of yours, etc!This is a sturdy, but inexpensive and fun way to make your phone more accessible.CONS: I've often been called a "complainer" - but I honestly can't think of a single one.Kudos to this company that goes well above and beyond to provide a great price, great customer service and build a loyal customer base. I will definitely be telling all my friends about my experience with them.

Love the switchband case so much that I ordered a second one for my husband. It makes holding the phone so much more secure. My husbands phone fell out of a moving golf cart onto the cart path and the phone was fine when found and picked up by another golfer so I feel good about the protection. The openings and buttons fit my iphone8.Strap- This black case comes with a standard reversible black/white strap. The white gets pretty dirty easily so I decided to go on their website and order another strap. They have a lot of options in solids and prints for cheap price and you can design your own custom strap with your photo for 9.95. I chose to do that. They just sent it to me and threw in an extra patterned band (pink one- cute!) and a stand. No shipping charges. I am very pleased with the case and the service.

I ordered this case because I wanted a better grip on my phone but I cannot stand pop sockets. I immediately put it on once it came in the mail and I LOVE IT. It’s so comfortable and slim, plus I can hold my phone without worry I’m going to drop it on public transit or while doing cardio. It’s super easy to adjust the band to be tighter or looser, or to switch the bands out.I also ordered a different colored band off of their website (seen in the photo) and it arrived today along with a hand written note, two extra bands, and a kickstand! Definitely a great company that cares about its customers with a great product.Whenever I get a new phone, this is the only case I will purchase ever again.

This case is a standard case with the band you can switch out when the mood strikes you. It is so comfortable to hold and I now KNOW I won't drop my phone. I even turn it around so the band is inside my hand and I carry something else at the same time without worrying about scratching the phone face or dropping both things, or having to juggle. I even ordered another band directly from the company and they sent an extra and goodies and a handwritten note. What a great company!

Ordered this after another version of a phone case with strap continually fell apart. This case and strap are easy to use and do exactly what is intended, and are a much higher quality. I thought the idea of swapping the strap was cool and was surprised at how affordable custom options were. I ordered a custom band and it shipped lightning fast with an awesome personal note.
