I love it
I run this all day long. My only complaint is that the touch screen pad pain came off, bit that is probably from having essential oils on my hands when I press the buttons. It's wonderful. Easy to use, beautiful, works. I would buy it again.

Nothing comes out of this diffuser. But the Seller, Blue Hills is replacing it.
Update: Blue Hills contacted me and are replacing the defective unit. Their customer service is excellent and I will always buy my diffusers from this company. Extremely ethical. I have bought several Blue Hills diffuser, but this one does not have any mist showing up. I bought awhile back and put it in a "for sale house" and it has never had any mist coming out the top. I noticed it was not working like all my other ones and just thought the room was really bright and I could not see the mist. Now that the house has sold, I brought it home to compare. All my other diffusers work fine. I have cleaned this one and it still does not work like the rest. When I open it up it bubbles up and there is mist, but when I close it, the mist does not come out. Please help as I have bought numerous ones for client and my listings and have never had this problem. Thank you for being such a great seller and fixing my problem!

Molds quickly, scent is bad
I have used many diffusers but I have never had one get so moldy so quick. It is very difficult to clean and is a lot of maintenance as you would have to throughly clean after each use. If you try to run the same tank of water more than once, the scent smells bad. Like dog or cat pee. I was actually searching my room looking for a pet accident. Even my husband kept saying he smelled pee when I had the diffuser running!! Its the same oils I have used in my other diffusers and it does not smell like this. This was a waste of money

Sad, it stopped working. Updated below
Loved this, while it lasted. had a good run until it just stopped working. It runs for about 10 seconds then starts to beep and automatically turns off.Update: they have great customer support and was able to get a full refund. I have now purchased the bluehills 4000ml

Finding one of these with great mist is difficult. This thing is great!! The mist selection in front works great to control different mist strengths. The mist is powerful and strong. Makes room smell aromatic!

Best Diffusers Out There
If you're looking for a high quality, high-output, stylish diffuser - you want to buy this one. I spent time researching diffusers, and there are a lot out there. We have tried so many top quality diffusers, even those designed by the premier Multi-Level Marketing essential oil company, this is the ONLY diffuser that fills our 4200 sq foot home with the right level of aromatic oils. (We have two of these large diffusers) I read reviews and took a chance on these knowing Amazon's great return policy; it is needless to say, I did NOT regret my purchase. I ordered 2,000 u diffusers from BlueHills for our 4200 sq ft home. The diffusers worked SO WELL, that I came back and ordered two smaller ones for my kids' bedrooms. Not only are BlueHills diffusers GORGEOUS, they are extremely effective and price competitive; have you seen the prices out there? Some are selling for over $100 and do NOT work as well as BlueHills diffusers. We have tried them! diffusing scent. BlueHills diffusers are - by far - the best, especially when it comes to oil/fragrance output. The automatic shut-down feature works perfectly when the water level gets to minimum; this function allows me to start the diffusers in the morning and forget them - so easy-to-use. They are not messy; the completely enclosed exterior keeps kids from playing in the water, and prevents spills from our cat who likes to knock things over. Thank you, BlueHills for making amazing products! Oils are expensive. Don't waste them on a poorly made diffuser. We are the proud owners of FOUR BlueHills diffusers and recommend them to everyone looking for stylish, affordable, and highly-effective aromatic output. (For the record, this is not a solicited or paid review. It is my sincere, objective point of view, and I hope it helps you in your decision as other reviews helped me.)

long runtime on tank, but order after 2 cycles
we really like the ability to run this for several days without having to refill. the scent performance works ok, but scent dont last overnite. the light needs timer option for it would be great. the main issue i have with unit is the musky smell it puts off after 2 cycles after each cleaning. it smells very musky. and have to take it off top of dresser and clean it ever 4 days or put up eith musky odor. i have switched to deionized water to no avail. any help i would love to here it

Prettiest humidifier with great diffuser!
This is a great humidifier and diffuser in one which is not easy to find in my experience…when you walk into my condo, you can smell the lavender so I know the diffuser works well. It does require a refill every 24 hours but they are all like that in my experience. The changing colours are pretty without being too overt. The timer option is nice but I just keep it on the low mist option 24/7. No filter to change which is nice.
