I prefer this type of reusable baking mat where they are already outlined. I’ve been using these sheets for quite some time and have had no problems. I noticed in the reviews that some people commented about their macarons not coming off the mats, and I immediately knew from their pictures that it was not the mats. Their shell batter was not mixed adequately, causing the shells to stick to the mats. So, when you read the reviews, remember that many of the issues are because macaroons are not easy to make. These Reusable Macaron Cookie Sheets are exactly as advertised, well-made, and work well. The PRICE is in the usual range.

They are weird sizes. I didn't think that mattered, but when they're just 1" too wide for your tray, they lift up to rest over the edge, and if you're making macarons with their handy built in guide, then a whole row or more can't be used. The small ones are far smaller than necessary and leave about 1/3 of the pan un-utilized. They are very affordable, they do have the macaron pattern, they clean as easily as any other mat and I always dishwasher mine, and they release bakes as well as FAR more expensive mats. For the price, it's a great deal, but they aren't my favorite mats i own because they don't fit my sheets well.

I purchased this kit to attempt to make macarons. These are the photos from my very first attempt. Although not perfect, the kit was extremely helpful and they turned out delicious. The mat is a great weight every piece was easy to clean. I highly recommend this if you like to bake and it is a MUST have for macarons! The mat rolls nicely for storing and flattens right out for baking. The circle outlines help so your macarons are uniform in size. Not one stuck to the mat. Win, win, win!!!

I bought these for baking and for regularly roasting vegetables such as potatoes in the oven. They work great and are very easy to clean. They are easy to store as well. I've used them with the oven at 425 degrees feirenheight and they worked great, good heat resistance. For the amount of mats you get it is a great deal for the money. They are quite durable as well. I love that they have the circles for making macrons as well it'll make it easier to pipe them out. These had a slight smell to them but after washing them the smell went away.

Worked out amazingly! Highly recommend.

Oh my gosh!! I have wanted these for so long. I bake a lot. These mats save me so much time and a bonus, removing a little more of my carbon tuition. Easy to clean and store.

Pues esperé para hacer esta reseña al no saber qué esperar de estas alfombras. Las uso principalmente para hacer galletas de Avena. Funcionan de maravilla. Su tamaño es excelente y el microperforado funciona bastante bien. Preferí este tamaño pequeño pues tengo un horno eléctrico mediano de turboconvecición y si uso tapetes más grandes, además de que tocan las paredes del horno, no permiten una buena circulación de aire. Además de que el grosos permite que las galletas o panqués se doren en su base al ser delgados. El único pero que les puedo poner es que se comienzan a volver un poco amarillos con el tiempo. No es inconveniente tal cuál pues su función la siguen cumpliendo al 100%. Sin duda compraría otros.

Bad mat!!!! Macarons stick on mat, don't come off!!! I bake now macarons for 2 years. Wanted to add mats to b able to make more at once, turns out already the 3rd batch to throw out.
