Good color, easy application
I ordered only 1 and used with the air dry solution because I can't iron the backside. Sprayed it on with harbor freight 5$ hand pump sprayer. Then used trim brush to work into the carpet. Took about 30min. I will order another dye and do 2nd coat. Need about 1.5 for a whole carpet. Probably could've used 1 but I sprayed too heavy because I didn't adjust the nozzle. We will see how long it last, looks nice. I have heated shed so I'll let it sit for a day or two. I'll update after a few months driving in the car with regular use. I do use floor mats tho.

Worked Well on automotive carpet
Good quality dye so far and hasn’t faded since I did it about 3 months ago to my jeep carpet that was grey and dyed it black with some airfix to help it cure better. Latex gloves work best for rubbing the dye into any fabrics. Good product!

Great
Arrived in a plastic bag as to prevent any mess if for some reason there was a leak during shipping, thankfully there wasn’t. My mission was to change the color of a brand new bright green 100% polyester hat to a black hat. The first hat I tried dyeing it with an ipoly dye in a pot on the stove. I submerged the hat and kept it in the almost boiling water for a long time. When I took it out it was kind of “patchy” Idk how else to describe it. As if the dye left little flakes. Anyway I emailed dharma trading and they recommended painting it using dye na flow as an alternative. I was afraid it was gonna be more like a thin fabric paint and leave the hat stiff but this wasn’t the case. The dye na flow absorbed right into the polyester hat and after a couple coats I was left with exactly what I wanted. I see now it is more of a dye than a paint and can see a lot of uses for it. Only thing is I used a lot more of it than I expected as it did take a few coats. It made the hat a little stiffer but hardly. Anyways glad I discovered this, can only get the “exciter packs” with like 6 little different color bottles in local stores.

Doesn’t work
I would not use this for car interior carpet. Most of the color didn’t dye the fibers and eventually bled out

Worked great
Had some spots in my automotive carpet that were messed up, like bleached or something. Put this on a rag and rubbed it in, looks great!

Wow.. lucky the plastic held
If the product is anything like the shipping.. I wasted money. Only advise would be go to a local fabric shop or wally world. There's no convenience if I can't close the bottle to use later.

Substandard and messy
Even after consistent shaking the bottle before use, it still had tiny globs in it. Very messy and indelible. It should come with its own applicator brush. I opted instead for a spray fabric dye, an automotive product.
